Hello wise MNetters. If you were buying in Ripon, which areas would you go for?
This would be relocation back to my nearby roots, but out of touch with the best parts of the city.
Schools are not a factor (adult DCs) but proximity to shops and cafes within a 20-minute walk are desirable.
Older house preferred, like Victorian/ Georgian terrace, but must have off road parking.
Ideas?
