Anyone who has done a licence to occupy between exchange and completion because someone had to isolate please talk to me!

After 6 months+ our chain is hanging by a thread as people are terrified of a chain member having to isolate so refuse to exchange until the say before completion.

Is a licence to occupy for the period of isolation between exchange and completion a really simple solution? Or am I simplifying it too much?

Wouldn't it be after you completed? If they had to isolate before completion it doesn't make any difference. Itys if they are isolating furing a time that goes over the completion date surely. Problem is say it's your seller isolating. You comete and move out of your house- where are you going to live in the meantime and who pays?

I’m really sure how it works. Only that our sellers are refusing any distance between exchange and completion so it is just dragging on and on. We just need some certainty.
