Hi all, we’ve had our mortgage offer through last week but they had made an error on my husbands earnings on his P60 they put him slightly higher than he actually was only by around £600 difference. The bank called me on Friday to check why his earnings were slightly less and he put it down to the fact we’d been in a pandemic and over time obviously was slightly less last year, and I was reassured that all was fine and he signed off the mortgage document on digi docs and updated the fact find to my husbands correct earnings. I then went on to the online mortgage tracker and it’s gone back to stage one but whilst still a tick on mortgage offer given? I was just wondering if the tracker is very accurate? As no issues on digi docs all has been given and signed off. Just wanted any advice if anyone had been in a similar situation as my mortgage adviser is in holiday now and it’s giving me anxiety watching the tracker change lol thanks
