Appliance mobility rollers - integrated appliances?

Can you use those mobility rollers under integrated appliances such as fridges, dishwashers and washing machines?

Or only freestanding?

Ah Ok that's what I thought.

freestanding ones are very much easier to pull out and push back, for maintenance or replacement.

if you have no rollers, mop the floor as clean as you can, then spray pledge, or WD40 on it, starting by lifting the appliance a little, if you can, and spraying under the feet. This will help it slide out easier.

once it is out, clean the floor in the gap, which may be grimy and sticky.

You can also use WUL mixed with water, but when it dries, it goes sticky, so clean it away at once.

Thank you, that's really helpful!
