In the process of selling my home, survey came back and assigned 0 value to my house because it says the timbers in my cellar are rotting (its under the living room floor) and need to be replaced. Had a quote for Peter Cox but I have to disconnect the gas and electricity and take up the flooring before they start work. Is that normal? Anyone used any other companies for this -I am in the midlands.
