A willowherb of sorts, I think.

Himalayan balsam, I think, or some other species of Impatiens.

The flowers aren't in focus so difficult to see properly. It looks like a willowherb to me, but I couldn't be sure.

Is it smelly? Himalayan balsam is smelly.
Definitely bash it if it's HB.

it lifted up out of the ground very easily - shallow wide roots.

The roses and fuscia look very relieved.

There is this absolute fabulous app called PictureThis. It identifies any plant. I could not do without it.bi highly recommend it.
