Hi guys
I really need some help, I've just moved into a new build with carpets. The other day I noticed my dd had an accident on the carpet with urine. I've used the carpet cleaner multiple times, which has now made the urine smell unbearable. I have also used white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda, which hasn't done anything. Please can someone help me out? My whole house now smells like musky urine and I can't even bear to go into the living room now :'(.
