Council house swap/exchage

Hi. I need to get out of this house ASAP. The neighbours are bullies and vile. I’m on house swap but if I told the council would they speed the process up for me? I’m so anxious and I don’t want to leave the house.

Unlikely unless it’s very well documented by police reports and other agencies .
If your swooping the council don’t really have a lot to do with it as you find the place to swop and it goes from there .takes around 6 -8 weeks to swop but that’s as long as the other side don’t pull out last minute which is very common
