What does this symbol mean? (photo)

Hi all,

I’m buying a house and was wondering what this symbol on the floor plan means. It’s on the line that marks the garden.

It just shows that the garden plan is not to scale basically, as there isn't room normally to put the garden to the same scale as the house. It sort of means that they've omitted part of the garden from the plan for space reasons.

(I'm sure that someone will be along to explain it better than I have, but it's early on a Sunday and I haven't yet had a coffee so it's the best I could do!)
