Electric gates

Waiting to hear back on an offer we've put in Grin the house has one electric gate and one manual. I'd like to replace them both to electric. Anyone had new ones installed recently and could give me an idea of how much they might be?

Bumping for you.

Depends on whether it’s a single or double, whether you want above ground motors or below ground (below ground significantly more money) and also the weight and size of the gate. They vary so much - supply only can be between 300-2500!

My partner installs the electrics on them with keypad entry after a local iron man builds the gate
I'd love one if we had a drive!

We had double gates installed on a property recently. There was no exiting electric at the piers so we had to have it run in from the house.

The electrics plus the gates were about £8500.

Thanks that's really useful. We know there is electricity running there as one gate is electric. This has been really useful as I budgeted £10k so we should be well under that.
