In the middle of purchasing a property. It’s all just been renovated, so there’s some snagging to do. I originally viewed, put in an offer in then went again a month later. This was in April. Would you view again to check snagging was done? If so, when? My DP thinks there’s no need to view again until completion…

I viewed our house twice. In your situation and with the snagging issues I would definitely view it again shortly before exchange of contracts to check that the snagging issues have been sorted out. This is the time you have the most power to get things done, not after exchange of contracts
