My buyers have asked about air vents in the kitchen and bathroom. We don't have one in either room (there was one in the kitchen but plastered over it when we put a new kitchen in 3 years ago)
Is this something my buyers can ask me to put in before they buy it?
The surveyor didn't pick up on any damp problems in either room and we have never had any problems with condensation.
