Tell me about Countrywide valuations

Thinking of using Countrywide to value a property I'm interested in. Good/bad idea?

We used them for ours which was carried out yesterday morning and we had the report emailed to us this morning which we were impressed by.
We had to chase them initially, once we paid our fee we had to chase them for about a week to get them to make the apt but apart from that we’re happy.
The surveyor called us on Tuesday to ask if there was anything of concern we wanted him to look at and the report was well documented

Was the valuation as expected?

Yes, appears detailed and thorough with an easy to understand grading system of 1-3 in red, amber & green so you clearly pick out any areas of concern if there are any.
Also gives good reasoning for how they have graded their findings
