The Samsung frame TV (the largest with beach pic) will have a diff picture, that's just the example I found online of the TV. The gallery wall around it, do the prints go together?

Yes. Keeping the frames and mounts the same helps and the colour palette of green, orange and grey works well.

The problem surely isn’t with the prints ‘going’ it’s that, generally, the level at which you would hang a picture on a wall is far too high for a tv to be watched comfortably?

Not my pic, but taking inspiration from this. TV will be placed comfortably, prints will just be slightly higher than if they weren't surrounding a TV

I think for a wall like that it’s fine anyway - it’s more like an art feature around the telly to be seen from afar rather than art you would expect people to want to view more closely.
