Moray/ Elgin offers over

We’re thinking of relocating to Elgin in Moray. Currently in a process of putting our house on the market so just browsing online to see what’s available to buy in the area. Does anyone have any experience? How much over asking price would we be expected to offer?

No but it’s lovely… best bet is trying to find sold prices and tying them to listing prices. You might still find some are still available, if not screen shot a few so you can compare.

Is Elgin Aberdeen commuting belt… if so there’s been very little real growth since the oil price crash (in real terms.)

I would imagine commuting from Aberdeen is not impossible but not ideal.
