Mandarin Stone - experiences?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any recent experiences using Mandarin Stone for floor tiles? I quite like one of their porcelain tiles for our new kitchen floor and it seems to be a good price - but looking them up, I see they get very mixed reviews, especially with regard to customer service. Should I steer clear, or will it probably be ok? I really do like this tile...! Thanks in advance!

My plumber uses them, no complaints and reasonably priced.

I found their customer service to be excellent, I changed my mind at least four times and every time they cheerfully generated another estimate. They knew their products and we are delighted with their tiles.

I bought 20m2 of a tile from them online. It arrived a week later for £69 delivery fee. The tiles are beautiful and I had no further dealing with them. I'd use them again.
