Granite/quartz hob splash back?

Wondering if anyone with a granite or quartz countertop does or doesn't have a matching splash back. Does it look a bit too matchy? If you don't have the matching back, what do you have? We're getting upstands so concerned it might look a bit odd to put a glass splashback above those. Thanks in advance

We're going for the quartz splashback but all the way down the worktop, rather than just above the hob, as it looks more seamless. I looked at so many options for hob splashbacks and thought it just looked odd having this cut out thing above the hob, and also didn't want a different material alongside the upstand.
