A full re-wire and boiler change in a 1930's terraced house in essex?

Around £4,000 to £5,000 for each, so allow £10,000 in total, but hopefully it will come in under that. Get at least three quotes for each.

5k electrics
2k if the boiler is a straight swap

That's a good point on the boiler being cheaper if it's a straight swap, as we had a new system throughout including radiators for roughly £4,500. Worth including for time/money redecorating after the rewire, as it can leave lots of chases.

£7-10k depending if you need any plumbing alterations or new radiators.

We paid £3k or thereabouts 3 years ago for a full rewire of a 1930s semi. Then just under £4.5k for a new boiler (same location) and replacement radiators throughout last year. That included a small amount of new pipework. SE England.
