I had my bathroom renovated in December - cost around £13k in total (London). Unfortunately this week the grouting around the tiles has cracked in three areas. Am I unreasonable to ask for the man who did the refurbishment to try and repair it or should I just look for a. tradesman ( I am useless at DIY - any recommendations for. a company?). The tiles are huge and the grouting very fine so I thought it may need a specialist? Thank you
