So we are waiting to exchange have been ready for atleast two weeks. We have all agreed to move 2nd July due to our vendors wanting to wait until then for personal reasons. Which is fine by us and our buyers. We was supposed to have exchanged last week then this week but its Friday and no exchange! We have all chased. We all have booked our removal vans etc. I phoned the agents and they are exasperated apparently it's a nightmare at the moment and it's taking solicitors in our area weeks and weeks to get this done. I hope to god its done by 2nd July. Our last two chains fell apart days before exchange (due to a different property in chain). We have had to resell twice. I am getting so anxious I just want to know its happening
