Are we on track?

We are just after some advice please!
We put an offer in exactly a month ago.

We have had contracts through from both ends which are signed. We have had our mortgage offer through. Searches were sent off a week ago and we've had 1 back. Solicitor is currently drafting declaration of trust.

We really want to be in by end of July as we are away in the summer for a large chunk of time. Would you say we are on track to complete by then? We are unsure of timelines to compare to.

It's impossible to say tbh. The main things that will slow you down, which you don't mention, are:

1. are you in a chain?
2. have surveys happened and if so, what did they bring up? Any enquiries to raise off the back of them?
3. Enquiries - there could be lots of them, but then there couldn't be any.

For comparison, we're in a chain of 3. All simple- or so we thought. Offer accepted in January but we're still not in, due to enquiries still not being resolved in the onward chain.

We are in a chain of three. Our buyer is FTB and our seller is moving into family.

Surveys have been done. Our survey negotiation has taken place. The survey on our house has taken place and we are hoping to finish negotiations by the end of the week.

I'm not 100% sure on enquires! I know they've been raised but not sure what that means if I'm completely honest.

Hi op don't want to be negative bu t you have no chance, your 4 weeks in and aiming to complete in approx 6 weeks the local search is taking around 8 weeks in most areas which normally throws up more enquiries. We are in a chain of 3 and sold and brought in Jan and still not completed.

Oh, our local area searches are taking 4 weeks currently. Thought we were in with a chance!

Fingers crossed you might get luck ours took 13 weeks to come back we received them beginning of April and it's still going on.
