Have just moved into a new flat and have noticed the white walls have a light coating of dust/dirt/something. I discovered this as I tried to clean off one mark and in doing so the dirt that's on the wall just seemed to spread around and I have a lovely clean spot with a dirt ring around it. Is there an easy way to clean the whole wall? Or do I just have to get a ladder and start from the top and work my way down?
