We bought our house about 18 months ago. We knew it was ugly 1990 build with hideous brown pvc windows and a crappy porch which shares the roof with the front of the house (so not easy to knock down and rebuild). Bought it as it has loads of space and good location.
We know what we want to do in principle - remodel porch, increase size of porch to interior door, change windows and roof. However, we need some design advice and ideally project management to do it all as a single project ideally. Most of the architects seem to do major renovations and extensions, whereas the ‘remodel’ firms will just give you a computer design and leave you to it.
Any ideas for architects who would take on a small project or others who might design and manage? Location is Kent/Sussex borders.
