I have an old sheesham wood table that we don't need in new house but it would be really useful as an outside kitchen prep area. I'm planning on putting the legs on something to raise them slightly from the ground, but how best to protect the wood? (I'll bring it inside for winter) Danish oil or varnish? It needs to be food safe.
