Surveyor or structural engineer

We have an issue with a wall which is bowing. It is a wall shared with multiple neighbours and it needs to be fixed. In my mind, a structural engineer is the right person to work out what is causing the bowing and how to repair.

Neighbour has a surveyor.

Which is the right profession? Or can they both do it? Surveyor has said a structural engineer would be needed to design remedial works (which I do agree with hence speaking to an engineer in the first place)!
