Colour recommendations for a small office

I'd like to paint my office to help differentiate it from the rest of my home. It's quite a small room (2x3m) but has a good sized window that's south facing so gets lots of light. I was thinking a darker colour to make it cosy and as the rest of my house is white (and likely to stay that way for a while) would it feel too dark to go dark in a small space? Do you have any colour recommendations for an office? I've heard green is good for productivity!

What about a really dark green, like green smoke or studio green?
Mine is 1.5x1.5m, so it's cream. V v boring!
At work, my office is pale blue, but not south facing. I love the light in there.

I got lots of dark green samples and they were just a bit too dark for me, but I have gone for F&B Calke Green which boosts my brain as soon as I see it! I would definitely go for green or blue.

Thanks both, that calke green looks lovely, annoyed at myself for throwing out an f&b sample book I had a few months ago.
