Hi, hoping to get some views on the benefits of selling a property through private open tender verses open market sale. We are in the process of selling my father-in-laws bungalow in rural Cheshire (not sure if local area has a baring). The property needs to be upgraded for sure, perhaps new plumbing and electrics, but is in a great small village location with plenty of garden to extend, or to enjoy as is. Any insights on which is the best option very welcome.
