Have been getting various quotes for a small dormer loft bedroom with shower ensuite.
Quotes vary from 40k - 50k (not including fit out/decorating).
Some companies have said the conversion will take 8 - 10weeks, others a bit longer.
What is a reasonable timescale to expect? And at what point usually do they 'break in' to the main house?
