We're going to view a 3 bedroom house this afternoon. It was originally a 2 bedroom with 2 decent size rooms however the vendors have split the main large bedroom into 2 tiny rooms for their children.
We don't need 3 bedrooms but like the idea of a spare room for an office collecting junk. There is space elsewhere in the house for a desk for me so it's not a deal breaker.
Just musing really on the idea of buying and switching back to 2 bedrooms. Are there any pitfalls of this to consider?
Maybe relevant:
- House is in desirable area
- Nothing on the market nearby at the moment
- There may be scope to go up into the loft but won't know until we've seen it
