Help interpreting this drainage search

Hi all, I needed some assistance in interpreting this drainage search please. Property boundary in black. Foul and surface water pipe running in property boundary, however I note that the foul is not connected to the main foul running under the highway? I am wondering whether it is redundant - surely the plan would show a connection?

Thanks. The search does confirm it is connected to "foul", but the map doesn't show it. I am also assuming the surface water drains into a soakaway in the neighbours garden, there doesn't appear to be a surface water drain under highway.

It might be worth giving the water company a call. Our search showed a really dodgy looking issue, so we phoned the water people and they were able to confirm that our version just wasn't zoomed in enough to show the details!

Your solicitor should also be able to highlight any issues. Have you had your survey yet? They will check the drains and also check things online. I gave mine the pics I got from the search.
