Cheap garden office?

Hi, we want to put a small office in the garden, roughly 2.5 x 3m. We will need it to be weather proof and have power installed. We want to buy an off-the-shelf office, but will need everything done for us, from prepping the ground to hooking up the electrics. (We can paint/varnish the walls but other than that we are unskilled!)

What can we expect to spend as a minimum? And can anyone recommend an affordable garden office product? Thank you

Bumping because I'm interested too.

You need a good insulated one or it will be pointless.

I’d have said £15k but given the prices of materials are thru the roof (and demand for home garden offices is thru the roof) I might expect more.

Garden rooms would be great for this I think! If you need help with getting one for less I know conservatoryonlineprices.co.uk/ is good for garden rooms and things like that!

We had one installed 3 years ago in old house and it cost us £8k. It will likely be much more now given the prices are through the roof at the moment.

Thanks everyone! It’s looking like this might be a bit more than we can stretch to right now… 😏

We are in the queue for one at the moment. There is a really big range of options and extras that can raise the price considerably. The cost for ours was about double the cost of the basic one once we added in the optionals we wanted! It's 31K, but is bigger than the one you're thinking of.
