Hi, I've recently sold my house but haven't found anywhere to buy yet. Due to bereavement there is a possible option to move into an empty family property for a couple of months but all utilities are disconnected. Is it possible to have gas, electric, water etc connected for just a month or so? Also what about council tax? (Relative was exempt as they had dementia) Thanks for any advice
