We are having an issue with our last enquiry for purchase regarding rent charges not being collected, due to the managementbcompany never properly forming.
Long story short, our solicitor is having to resort to informing our lender of the situation, with a letter from the developer to confirm he has never charged the residents, never plans to, and that the residentsnwill be forming their own management committee to maintain the road.
We are hoping to have the letter from builder by tuesday, and solicitor to hopefully put this forward that day too.
Does anyone know the likelihood nationwide will reject this and refuse to lend? I'm hoping someone can calm my anxieties but also be realistic...
