Resin floors or..?

I'm buying a house with kitchen diner. In my current home I have vinyl tiles and hate the way the dirt has built up even though they are cleaned every week. In another I've had slate.
Now thinking resin. The kitchen has exposed yellowish brick walls and my kitchen units will be charcoal with black and white tiled splashback and crittal doors to garden. I'm thinking either engineered wood or high quality laminate wood or resin. I am wondering about the wear with resin? Is it easy to keep clean? I have dogs too.

I know about the long process for installing it so that is not a factor.
