Pressure washer.

Don’t have a drive, need recommendations for a pressure washer to clean a wrap around stone patio, garden furniture and barbecue.
Does it have to be a Karcher ?

Don’t want to spend £100’s on something l will use once a year.

I hired one recently for a day. Saved keeping yet another appliance in the house. £24 a day. I figure I’d only use it once a year.

I do think it's worth investing in a Karcher, but you're only doing small areas so the compact K2 one would be fine. It's £70 at Screwfix or Appliances Direct.

Is the K2 Karcher very lightweight ? Does it tip over ?
The patio at the side of the house is Northfacing so gets very green, imagine it will take me a good hour to clean that bit.

It does tip over but that doesn't affect its operation.
Difficult to judge without having seen your patio - it could be you would be better off hiring a more heavy-duty model as Sportsnight suggested.

Karchers are good, but when ours died earlier this year we replaced it with a Nilfisk pressure washer from Costco. Amazing machine, really powerful, much better than our old Karcher one.

Our NDN borrowed it a couple of weeks ago as theirs had also broken and were so impressed with it they have bought one exactly the same.

My bosch one is great

I’ve got a nilfisk, had in years never had any problems with it, they do seem a bit better made than the karchers , but mines an old one so not sure what the new ones are like now.

I bought one - the k2 compact - for a large patio and block paving and furniture etc - i Was sceptical it would be powerful enough but it's actually really good

I got it from Argos using a few nectar points towards it but full price it was under £100

Thanks all .

I would try some 'Patio Magic' first to get rid of algae. Wait a few days then make a decision on pressure washing
