Either Homebuyers Level 2 report, or full building survey Level 3?

Level 3 full building was 1500 incl. VAT. In London.

Level 2 £540 includ VAT in London

Level 2 £550 (ish can't remember the exact figure)
Report received the following day.

It's going to depend on the house though..... a 6 bed 3 bath is going to cost more than a 1 bed apartment.
Mine above was a 4 bed semi with a converted garage (generally in good condition)
Surveyor looks at RM to quote.

£834 (which includes vat) for homebuyers survey, 3 bed house, south east.

Full survey £1300 Inc VAT for three bed terrace SW London. They quoted £700 plus VAT for Homebuyers..

Thanks I’ve had quotes for L3 on a two bed semi, as low as £700 and as high as £2500
