Does anyone have a 1400 x 900 walk in shower?

I have spent the last couple of months trying to find a frameless shower enclosure for a 1400 x 900 shower (no tray - so wetroom floor style). I was originally looking for sliding door, or hinged at a push.

The shower head is brushed brass as are the taps in the bathroom, so too much chunky chrome looks odd. The alternative is walk in but I am worried that 1400 isn't long enough to stop the water going all over the bathroom floor. FWIW the shower head will be on the far left wall as you walk in and enclosure on the right as you are facing (if that makes sense).

Does anyone have this configuration and will my bathroom floor constantly be wet?

I don't have a 1400 x 900 yet but will be buying one and it will be walk in. I currently have a 1400 x 800 walk in but where the screen is slightly curved (which I guess might deflect more splashes). We put down a bath mat before each shower and that is enough to stop any splashes but there isn't much and the bath mat is mostly for wet feet when stepping out.

I think you generally use 2 900 screens, so the walk in entrance is just 500 wide. I am fairly sure I read that anything shorter than 1400 needs a door, but that 1400 is sufficient for walk in.

We did something similar - we built a wall out and a raised step up into it so no need for a shower door or curtain, then we put a large square shower tray in and the rest is tiled up to the step. The wall is useful too as you can hide all the shower pump stuff and pipes in it.
