Adding toilet to utility room next door to bathroom

I live in an old building with thick walls. There are 4 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom.
The bathroom is large with separate bath and shower .
This is a nuisance only having one. Want to add another toilet but there isn't any way if adding to existing rooms, for example ensuite .
However, next door to existing bathroom is a large utility room with sink, washing machine, 2 freezers and .boiler .
If I moved a small freezer out I could get a toilet in the space.

What would you do.? It would be beside shelving where all sheets and towels are kept.
The sink is already in place to wash hands.
Plumbing would be easier as it's only along and next door to existing toilet.

Definitely sounds like a good idea. Could you put up a partition to make the loo feel more private and separate?

That's a good idea
