Can anyone recommend a good estate agent in the Hanwell/West Ealing area? TIA

Not sold here yet only bought 5 years ago so interested to know too! you may be better posting this on the local Facebook groups, either Ealing and Northfield friends or Hanwell friends. It comes up fairly regularly and I think answers depend on the type of property you are trying to sell.

We’re selling a late family member’s property with RSK in Ealing. I think they also have a Hanwell office. I have to say we’ve been impressed with them. They’re on the ball, efficient and friendly, and got us 20+ viewings and an offer in the first couple of weeks. Sadly our buyer just pulled out so we’re back to square one. But I can’t fault the agency.

We live in the area. We bought through RSK Northfields branch 18 months ago. It was a good experience, no complaints. RSK Hanwell branch was very pushy. As mentioned this question comes up in local FB groups from time to time and the answer seems to depend on what you want to do, ie buy/sell/rent but I would say that Sinton Andrews and Northfields EA receive decent reviews from the locals.

Interesting reading this thread and seeing the same agents from when we moved 20 years ago! We bought and sold then through RSK and they were great-proactive without being pushy. They must be doing something tight if they’re still recommended!
