Sorry, another thread about concrete roof tiles.
I started a thread about concrete roof tiles a few weeks ago and the consensus was that clay is better as concrete can be too heavy for the roof. However, looking around where I live, most replacement roofs are concrete tiles. So, has anyone actually had any problems using them? Or had problems selling a house with them?
We have a roofer who can do the roof with concrete relatively soon but has told us we'd have to wait until autumn before he can get a supply of clay tiles. They'd cost more as well which matters a bit. The house is very ordinary, not in any kind of conservation area.
I'd like to get this job done as it means can then get on with some other jobs. Thanks
