We managed to buy a property, yay! We unsure of age but we definitely know it was there at least from 1888. It’s a mid terraced so no chance of subsidence (I think...?)They are obviously built well houses of that age. Do we need a building survey? We are trying to find ways to save a bit of money as went a tad over budget.
Any advice would be fab, thank you 😄
