Sorry I seem to have posted a few 'whats the cost post but again!....
Our original plan before buying the house was a dormer but have realised that's not going to achieve what we want so now considering hip to gable extension- but didn't consider the costs of this originally!
It's a bungalow with loft converted and googling tells me roughly 30k - just wondered if that's a good guesstimate?
