Property in / around Chester under £215k

Looking for 2 bed property in or around Chester and heading out towards Farndon, Nantwich, Audlem, Tilston, Malpas, Tushingham, Tarporley and similar. All good areas around tons location considered.

Cash buyers looking to move ASAP! Must be in an area with good local primary schools.

I know the area quite well. What sort of property are you after? Modern estate , period, post war etc? Do you have to commute? Do you have to be near transport systems? Also, have you considered just over the border into N Wales?

Thanks @Subbaxeo I have considered over the border but I don't know the areas. I did spend quite a lot of time in N Wales on holiday as a child but that was a long time ago and I have no idea now. Really thinking about being in a nice safe, friendly area with a good primary school. Tend to like a mix of modern with some character but open to suggestions.

Christleton is a lovely village with excellent schools. Tattenhall is a gem and better value for money than Tarporley. They have some 2 bed houses which meet your requirements. It depends if you need to commute for work-Farndon, Tilston etc are lovely but can take ages to get anywhere. Malpas and surroundings very pretty areas and good value for money.
