Does anyone know how this works?
If an area has had updates for January and February completions, does that mean any further updates will be completions after the last date. Or is there still a chance there could be further updates of January or even December or earlier sales?
Is it linked to Land Registry workloads, awaiting forms from conveyancers, though I assume they notify straight away and there's HMRC for stamp duty I suppose.
