I'm in love with some wood effect Karndean but it's £££ and the fitting on top is eye watering!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

@depressedor

Are you all using polyflor camaro in kitchens and is it ok if gets wet and with underfloor heating?
Mine was laid in the hall 10 years ago and the same in the kitchen about 18 months ago. It doesn't get particularly wet, but dog dribbled from bowls, splashes etc all seem fine, and washing it isn't a problem. I have underfloor heating in the conservatory and the fitter laid on a special screed for the heat, but underfloor heating doesn't work (was already in 20 years ago blah blah) so can't comment on the effectiveness.
