Hi all. I live in a rented property managed by an agent... The light fitting in the smaller bedroom has come away from the ceiling.. I could hear cracking late last night and this morning woke up to it partially hanging off the ceiling.. Picture attached.. Have contacted the agent but no answer yet. What else can I do. I'm scared as the wires are exposed.
