Can you recommend a door handle and or website

Can anyone recommend a good company to buy door handles from and also if you have bought which ones you got please?

I’m looking for a brushed stainless steel finish.

You don't live near a certain Tudor palace do you? In which case your local high street shop have another branch who could probably help you. If you are set on online shopping be aware your usually better getting the higher grade stainless steel. Alternatively, for a very similar look go satin nickel which is a bit of a warmer look. Again, I'd go M Marcus who plate on solid brass as with lots of cheaper options they plate much poorer quality metals. Finally, if you do choose doorknobs, check you've got the room to fit them. They usually need a 4 inch latch (distance from edge of the door to centre of the spindle 83mm) to avoid hitting your fingers on the door frame.

guinnessandblackcurrant I do live near a Tudor palace 😉. I’ve just been to John Lewis and bought some there, I was worried about the quality if I bought online, I’m hoping these ones will be okay.

We are really trying to support local businesses, but you can’t shop local if the shop is closed .
