What do you think of this? Norfolk apartment

This has just gone on the market. It is in a really lovely small market town and it is easy to get around other parts of North Norfolk from there. The flat is apparently in good condition, well maintained.

I can't get over how cheap places are there. This place looks ideal but - it's a big move.

All opinions welcome. Thanks.

Shameless place marking waiting for a link.

I am so sorry. I was distracted, then thinking twice about posting, now decided.

looks like a generic small apartment.

can you walk to buy a pint of milk? Or do you have to drive to everything?

lalafafa · 04/05/2021 23:01

Very small with no outside space. Is it to live in full time or a holiday home?

Quincejam · 04/05/2021 23:02

Where do you live now as Norfolk is pretty rural, even small towns.

Branleuse · 04/05/2021 23:03

It looks like a student flat? Not my type of thing.

Wymondham is the arse end of nowhere. Sorry Wymondham residents! Your local Mecca is Norwich. Christ.

Although not quite as bad as Boston, the subject of another thread this evening.

HeddaGarbled · 04/05/2021 23:13

Wymondham is lovely. It was top of my list for my Norfolk move but property doesn’t come up there very often so we ended up elsewhere.

You can get your milk from Waitrose 😃

Big move op? Where are you moving from?

If you can't get over how cheap places are, are you in the SE? Big step to rural Norfolk if so. It's cheap bc it's a small flat with no storage. I imagine it would be tough to sell on as well as most people in a place like that want a house with a garden and loft space.
