Looking to buy and have seen a house with a conservatory. Very nice on the inside but one side of it is essentially against the neighbours extension so brick wall less than a foot from the glass and blinds would need to be down all the time. My husband loves the house but this really puts me off because I worry it would put off everyone else if we wanted to sell.
It also has a plastic roof so ideally I would change the roof and have that wall made into solid brick but then I think may be better just redoing the whole thing and worry about the costs.
Am I just a picky killjoy or is my husband just caught up in all the excitement of buying a new house.
