Late 70's boring semi.. but we have added a wet room, got bifolds on the back and it's generally quite a nice cheerful home . But the staircase has horrid old spindles, with ancient stains/pain marks and I would like to revamp it.
I really like the look of glass panel stair cases, but really just want it looking fresh and modern.
Has anyone changed their staircase, and was it a massive faff/expense?!
